ABOUT THE ROLE Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling video content that grabs attention and sparks emotion? We’re on the hunt for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming raw footage into engaging videos that align with our brand’s voice, marketing goals, and creative vision. Whether it’s social media content, interviews, short documentaries, or promotional videos — your work will help us connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality video content for digital platforms.
- Add music, sound effects, graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life.
- Maintain an organized archive of video assets and project files.
- Stay up to date with editing trends, storytelling formats, and social media video styles.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio or showreel.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
- Strong visual and narrative editing skills, with a sharp sense of pacing and flow.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage feedback effectively.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a love for experimenting with new ideas.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar).
- Familiarity with social media video formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience working with remote teams or on creative collaborations.
